Depositing funds to the wallet

Deposits

It is essential to know that each cryptocurrency in your account has its unique number – an address. There are several ways to fund your wallets:

Depositing funds to the crypto wallet by its number

  1. Open the “Wallet” section on the panel at the top of the screen in your account.
  2. Click the “Deposit” button opposite the name of the currency of interest.
  3. Enter the name of the cryptocurrency or select its name from the drop-down list.
  4. Click on “Copy address” and paste it into the appropriate field on the platform from which you are transferring funds.
  5. To deposit to your Ripple (XRP) account, you must enter the correct wallet address and fill in the “XRP Tag” field. Therefore, check the spelling of the tag and the wallet address for a successful deposit. This data must be copied and pasted from the service, from where the tokens will be displayed.
  6. After a successful deposit, you can go to the “Wallets” menu and select the “Operation history” item to view the details and current status.

How to fund an account using a QR code

  1. Open the “Wallet” section on the panel at the top of the screen in your account.
  2. Click the “Deposit” button opposite the name of the currency of interest.
  3. The QR code that appears must be scanned through the platform’s mobile application from which funds will be sent. It’s essential for depositing funds to the Binaryx wallet.
  4. To fund your Ripple (XRP) account, a QR code is generated automatically.
  5. After depositing the crypto into the account, you can check the details by going to the “Wallets” menu and selecting the “Operation history” item.

Deposit Summary

To get a summary of your account funding:

  1. Select “Wallet” from the menu at the top of the screen on any page.
  2. Find the “Operation History” menu in the upper right corner of the screen under your avatar. 
  3. In the menu that opens, select the digital or fiat currency you are interested in. 

How long does it take to fund the wallet

The deposit is quite fast –  it takes a few minutes. But sometimes, the transfer of funds may take a bit longer. The transaction time depends on its confirmation in the blockchain, which can take 30-60 minutes (in some cases – up to 48 hours). 

The timing of deposits in fiat currency depends on the purchase method (from a bank card or bank transfer). In the first case, you get cryptocurrency instantly, while transfers are carried out on weekdays and take up to 3 days.

Frequently encountered problems

Deposit failed

A withdrawal from another platform marked as “complete” means that the transaction has entered the blockchain. Then it takes some time until it’s confirmed, and the funds will go to your wallet.

The transaction number was not specified during Wire Transfer

Sometimes it happens that you entered the wrong transaction number and ended up losing funds. In this case, Binaryx is not responsible. If you didn’t specify a transaction number, it would be more difficult for our team to support you and find your transaction history. 

Tag is missing or invalid

If you forgot to specify or misspelled the tag (for XRP coin), the deposit will not be credited. In this case, we can’t help you in any way.

Transferring funds to the wrong address or using an unsupported token

If you sent, for example, ETH to an LTC address, we will not be able to help you with a refund. These are different Blockchain networks, and the funds won’t go to your Binaryx wallet. As a result, funds will not be credited. Be careful before sending funds and check that wallets and assets match.


If you have sent an ERC20 token to your ETH address on our platform, the funds will go to our system. However, the coins will not be displayed on balance until this token will be available for trading on the platform. In this case, you can request a refund or wait for the activation of this token.

In this situation, provide the support service with such data:

  1. Email of your Binaryx account;
  2. Token name;
  3. Deposit amount;
  4. Corresponding HASH of the transaction.

Depositing funds to an address that does not belong to Binaryx

In this case, we will not be able to assist. Contact the owner of the address or the platform it belongs to.
