The selection period for Mountain Retreat by Dukley and AWWA Hotels by Ribas is already open, and you have 30 days to choose your strategy and decide how to manage your property tokens.
This new feature gives you more control over what happens to your tokens after construction — whether you plan to sell, hold, or reinvest — so you can align your approach with your personal financial goals.

For rental properties, we’ve replaced IRR with ECA — Expected Capital Appreciation.
This shift focuses on a clearer, more realistic way to reflect potential property value growth.
The metric is currently shown as TBD, as we are building a detailed calculation model that will accurately represent appreciation potential in each location.
This will help you better assess the long-term prospects of your investments once the model is ready.
Property documents are now placed at the top of construction property pages.
This change makes it easier and faster for you to find legal documents and key property details, so you can review important information right when you need it.
We’ve added clear information about land ownership type for each property.
Now you can see if a property is Freehold or Leasehold, and if it’s leasehold, the duration of the lease is shown.
This provides greater transparency about long-term security and any conditions linked to the land.
We’ve continued polishing the website copy and translations, making the platform more user-friendly and helping you navigate it with ease, regardless of your preferred language.
As always, we’ve implemented small fixes and tweaks behind the scenes, making sure the platform runs smoothly and reliably.
