New downloading speed: approximately 0.5 seconds 🚀

2. Referral Dashboard for Partners 💼
We’ve launched a dedicated dashboard for our partners. Whether you’re a real estate agent, influencer, or brand ambassador, you can now create your referral link, monitor referrals, and cash out your rewards with a single click.

3. Governance for Landlords — DAO Functionality 🗳️

4. PARQ Ubud 62 property Investments Migration 🏢
Migration of Real Estate Investments to Karra Loft 3A. In line with the inaugural vote’s decision, we migrated investors’ funds to a new smart contract address. Investors of “PARQ Penthouse 62” are now proud token holders of “Karra Loft 3A”, with a 1:1 token proportion.
