The real estate market’s traditional illiquidity has long been a challenge, restricting access for many potential investors. Through tokenization, we digitized real estate and lowered the entry threshold, enabling investments starting at just $50 (1 token). The next logical step? Facilitating swift asset sales and exits from investments.
Introducing the Secondary Market, a groundbreaking addition to our platform. This feature is designed to eliminate the hassles of manual selling order processing, providing a seamless and on-chain experience. You can now sell your tokens with just a few clicks, fostering a more vibrant and accessible marketplace.
What sets this feature apart is its ability to enable token sales while still allowing you to earn passive income from property rent on those tokens. As you list your tokens for sale, they remain in your account, ensuring a continuous stream of earnings until they find a buyer.
Currently, the Secondary Market is in its beta stage, with a limit of 10 tokens per order. Fear not, as we’re diligently working to remove this limit, allowing you to sell as many tokens as you desire instantly.
There is now one property available on the secondary market — Karra Loft 3A. The owners of this object can already sell their tokens there.
