Some context first: What problem does Binaryx Platform solve? 

Today, there’s a rapidly growing trend for the tokenization of traditional (“real-world”) assets like real estate, gold, and stocks: their ownership rights are transferred onto the blockchain. This unlocks the following benefits:

• When the sale is over, the LLC buys the property, and token holders become landlords of this property.
