And it might seem like only a few updates, but behind the scenes, this was a massive and complex effort in terms of product development and platform evolution. We’ve worked hard to make this possible, and now we’re ready to share the results with you.

It’s official: AWWA Hotel construction investors have successfully executed their investment strategies.
Why is this huge? Because it marks the first full-cycle property journey on Binaryx:
➡️ From Construction → To Rental → To Marketplace
What this means for you:
- The property has transitioned to the rental stage
- Investors can now enjoy passive income or resell their share on the P2P market starting early August
This is a major milestone in making Binaryx a full-cycle investment platform where flexibility and liquidity work for your goals.

🗳 DAO Voting Completed: Mountain Retreat by Dukley
Our first-ever DAO vote on construction properties is officially closed!
The community voted on whether the fully constructed Mountain Retreat by Dukley should be sold as a whole property or kept for tokenized income.
- ✅ Result: The sale is approved.
- 🔜 Next step: Profit distribution to token holders will be reflected in your portfolios soon, based on DAO results.
This sets a new standard in community governance for tokenized real estate and adds another layer of flexibility for your investments.
