Preparation and launch of sales

We prepare an investment agreement, a smart contract, submit a financial plan for the payment of real estate, and put the property up for sale.

Phase 1: Capital raising and DAO LLC setup

Each property under construction has two dynamic phases on which your profitability depends. After collecting the required payment, we create a DAO LLC for the property and a local company to which the property will be registered, with your DAO LLC as the main shareholder.

Signing the investment agreement 

After receiving the full amount for the first deposit, we sign an Investment Agreement between the developer and the local company owned by you, the owners of DAO LLC.

This official legal agreement protects platform investors, includes penalty clauses for construction delays, formalizes obligations between the parties, and links real assets to the blockchain through tokenization.

Construction updates

You and other investors receive updated information every month from the 10th to the 25th: construction photos, milestones, technical reports, and delays. This is also reflected in the “Notifications” section attached to the properties.

Phase 2: Capital raising according to the financial plan with the developer

After the closure of the first phase, there is a drop in profitability due to the dynamic pricing of the share token, on which the APR and ROI depend.

What is digitization/tokenization?

Tokenization is the process of converting physical assets into digital tokens on a blockchain. Instead of purchasing an entire property for a large sum of money, you can purchase tokens that represent a share of ownership in the property. How it works:

A property worth $350,000 is divided into thousands of tokens. You buy tokens at an affordable price (for example, from $30.7). You get the right to a share of the rental income, the right to democratically decide the fate of your property together with other co-owners, and you can sell tokens to other investors.

- Higher liquidity compared to traditional real estate
- Transparency of transactions via blockchain

How do you and other co-owners passively earn money on the platform?

Why can't I leave the construction site during construction?

Our platform transfers processes from the real world to a digital format, so the same investment method is used in construction projects as in real life. After all, when buying real estate at the foundation stage, you wait for construction to be completed before reselling the property on the primary market.

Everything works the same way here. That is why our investors first choose shares in rental properties, learn more about the project, and then move on to a more advanced strategy — investing in construction projects.

I've seen some negative reviews about the platform. Can you explain this?

This is a very common question from our investors — about reviews left on various unverified websites.

What is the truth?

The attackers demanded money from our CEO and co-founder, Oleg Kurchenko, in exchange for not spreading false information on Instagram. We did not succumb to the provocation and ignored the demand. We have screenshots of these threats and shared this information with our community.

Since we did not pay any money, false information was created and disseminated. We have all the evidence to prove this, because our reputation is your increased capital, which best reflects the real situation.

What do we do?

For our part, we have taken legal action against the dissemination of misinformation. Some links have already been removed and websites blocked. Unfortunately, there are still some links left, and we are working within the legal framework together with Google and Bing search engines to remove all links that mislead our investors and potential co-owners.
