What does DAO LLC mean for shared ownership?
The DAO LLC model, or modernized “LLC,” converts real assets into digital ones, making real estate investments more profitable and diversified while ensuring that investors retain full ownership rights.
This hybrid model ensures that each investor owns not only a token that cannot be counterfeited or additionally issued, but also a legally protected share in real estate.
At this point, DAO LLC legally acquires the value of the asset and, accordingly, your shares—tokens.
After purchasing your share, your wallet is recorded in the smart contract registry linked to a specific DAO LLC. If necessary, state agencies may request identification of your identity as a co-owner of the asset—real estate.

An investment agreement is an agreement between a local company owned by your DAO and the previous owner.

In addition, we agree on guarantees for cosmetic repairs for 1-2 years, 10 years for structures and load-bearing elements, or the correction of certain issues upon transfer of the finished property.
The local company has the authorized capital from the DAO LLC, and it is this local company that owns the rights to the property. You and other investors own this local company through the DAO LLC.
This structure helps foreign capital acquire ownership rights to various types of real estate. Due to legal restrictions, most countries do not allow foreigners to directly own real estate.
If desired, investors can choose their representative by organizing a vote.
