Preparation and launch of sales

We prepare an investment agreement, a smart contract, agree on the payment terms and reservation of the property for investors, and put the property up for sale.

Fundraising and DAO LLC registration

Each completed property is opened for sale and linked to a smart contract. During fundraising, we create a DAO LLC for the property and a local company to which the real estate will be registered, with your DAO LLC as the main shareholder.

Signing the Investment Agreement

After the previous owner receives the full amount for the property, we sign an Investment Agreement between the owner and the local company owned by you, the owners of DAO LLC.

This formal legal agreement protects the platform's investors, includes penalties for construction delays, formalizes the obligations between the parties, and links real assets to the blockchain through tokenization.

Start of Rental Accruals

You and other investors begin to accrue rental payments after the sale of the property is fully closed.

Payments are usually made quarterly or monthly, depending on the format of the management company that looks after your property.

Receiving Passive Income

After settling accounts with the management company, we upload the reports if it is a dynamic income. Then we go to the platform and make a payment, together with the annual interest, according to the net profit we received to transfer to you.

What is digitization/tokenization?

Tokenization is the process of converting physical assets into digital tokens on a blockchain. Instead of purchasing an entire property for a large sum of money, you can purchase tokens that represent a share of ownership in the property. How it works:

A property worth $350,000 is divided into thousands of tokens. You buy tokens at an affordable price (for example, from $30.7). You get the right to a share of the rental income, the right to democratically decide the fate of your property together with other co-owners, and you can sell tokens to other investors.

This is a very common question from our investors — about reviews left on various unverified websites.

What is the truth?

The attackers demanded money from our CEO and co-founder, Oleg Kurchenko, in exchange for not spreading false information on Instagram. We did not succumb to the provocation and ignored the demand. We have screenshots of these threats and shared this information with our community.

Since we did not pay any money, false information was created and disseminated. We have all the evidence to prove this, because our reputation is your increased capital, which best reflects the real situation.

What do we do?

For our part, we have taken legal action against the dissemination of misinformation. Some links have already been removed and websites blocked. Unfortunately, there are still some links left, and we are working within the legal framework together with Google and Bing search engines to remove all links that mislead our investors and potential co-owners.
