🗳 DAO Voting for Construction Properties — Now Live

We’ve implemented a DAO voting mechanism for construction-stage properties. This means property owners can actively participate in decisions that shape their investment.

The first DAO vote is set to kick off soon for Mountain Retreat by Dukley, marking a new level of transparency and community governance.

🏗 Investment Strategy Execution Stage

Your selected investment strategies for construction properties can now be executed! 

This gives you more visibility and control over your property tokens as projects move closer to completion and income generation.

🔄 P2P Market Improvements

We’ve polished the Peer-to-Peer market experience:

  • P2P Minutes Converted to Hours — Easier, clearer metrics on how long transactions take.

  • Median Execution Time — We now show the median time instead of the average, providing a more realistic reflection of actual transaction speeds.

  • Order Interpretation Enhanced — You get clearer insights into how your orders are processed.
