We've got a flurry of exciting updates to share, and we'll keep it snappy.

1. Strategic Partnership with a major Real Estate Developer! 🤝

We’re thrilled to announce a major strategic partnership with Montenegro's leading real estate developer. More details will be revealed soon, but let’s say it’s a groundbreaking project that will pave the way for other developers to collaborate with Binaryx Platform.

2. First Governance Case 🗳️

Remember when critics questioned the viability of our DAO model? Well, we’ve got a precedent-setting case to prove them wrong. Our community has overwhelmingly voted (113 out of 171 investors, with over 98% agreement) to change the investment property. This is a watershed moment, reaffirming that our governance model is future-proof.

3. Conference in Bali 🇮🇩

Our Binaryx Platform team and our partners participated in the Women Conf in Bali. The topic? Discussing real estate investing opportunities and our unique approach. This engagement generated a lot of excitement, leading to an influx of new Real Estate investors and agencies on the platform.

4. Agencies and Real Estate Agents 💼

In partnership with our team, 40 new real estate agents have been onboarded. These agents are in the midst of training and will soon begin offering tokenized real estate to their clients. This lowers the entry barrier and unlocks a slew of opportunities for sustainable income.

5. New Property - Karra Loft 60% SOLD! 🏠

Karra Loft is our newest property addition, already 60% SOLD! If you invest now, you’ll start receiving immediate rental income, thanks to our collaboration with Bali Invest Club. Expect 16.3% annual returns on a daily basis from rent, along with a 15% annual value appreciation.
