Binaryx Platform Update July 17: Web3 Quest Extended, APR Increase, Referral Program

Web3 quest extended
Binaryx Platform is running a Web3 Landlord Quest where you share a 300K USDT prize pool including property tokens, USDT vouchers, and a part of the future BNRX airdrop.
It was initially announced that the quest would run until July 17, but we decided to extend it for one month more – until August 22. We will add more tasks on Zealy, hold new AMAs, and present other activities so everyone can finish the quest and be rewarded.

Some cool changes regarding the second property to be announced
Currently, we’re selling the second property on Binaryx Marketplace – a 66m2 penthouse in PARQ Ubud, Bali. 46% of property tokens have been sold so far, and 174 investors are waiting when their property shares will start bringing rental income.
The good news is that the investors will start earning even before the property is completely sold out. What’s more, the APR will be even higher than indicated now.

Referral program for mainnet
Some news from the development team. Right now, we are building a full-fledged referral program for Binaryx Marketplace – the one that will allow you to earn USDT if your friends invest in real estate on Binaryx. All you will need to do is share a referral link with your friends and make sure they use it while investing.
You will get 2% from each of their investment: for instance, if your friend buys property tokens worth $1,000, you will earn 20 USDT.

Testing USDT deposits
In the last few updates, we told you that we were preparing the feature allowing to deposit USDT to Binaryx from different networks such as Ethereum, TRON, and BNB Chain. The swap to USDT based on Polygon (the blockchain we’re based on) will be performed automatically with no fees applied for the user.
We had already finished the development, and over the last week, we’ve been vigorously testing the feature so that everything works smoothly when it goes live. Can’t wait to announce the release of USDT deposits – and that will happen very soon!
